Sunflower seeds are also high in vitamin E, the fat soluble antioxidant your body loves. Sunflower seeds also contain the trace mineral selenium, which helps to repair DNA and protect against cancer. (please use raw sunflower seeds)
Lemon juice and mandarin oranges are packed with vitamin C for your immune system. Both are excellent support to cleanse the liver and neutralize acid in the body. The bright orange color of the mandarin oranges reveals it as an excellent carotenoid, an excellent anti-cancer food.
Avocado oil is a wonderful beneficial fat, high in vitamin E for your brain and your skin. Studies* have also shown Avocado oil increases the bio-availability of carotenoids (mandarin oranges), powerful antioxidants found in yellow, red and orange fruits and veggies.
