Fresh, light and not starchy! Love these Coconut Wrap Sandwiches!

Instructions
  1. Lay the coconut wrap on a flat surface
  2. Top with your favorite toppings. Can be vegan or about 2 oz of high quality animal protein. I used wild caught Tuna.
  3. Add thinly sliced or shredded veggies and 1 Tablespon of your favorite organic salad dressing.
  4. Roll and Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

You can see how pliable they are.  The come layered in parchment-like paper.  They don’t have to be refrigerated and will last up to a year on the shelf!  Just make sure to seal the package after it’s opened.

Only 70 calories per wrap and not a bunch of gluten free starch “flours”.  Just coconut!  If you buy a different brand be sure to read the ingredients.  Not all Coconut Wraps are just pure coconut.
