I like to bake several sweet potatoes and freeze some and keep some in the refrigerator to use cold on salads.
You could also microwave them but I don’t use a microwave so you are on your own there. Microwaves alter the nutrient values and absorbability of the food.
Additions: You can add whatever you like for pizza crust or for a sweet bread. Just make sure the things you add don’t have a lot of excess liquids or juice.
