- 1 cup sliced watermelon
- 1 Tablespoon sliced almonds or any type of chopped nut
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 2 goat cheese medallions or 1 ounce goat cheese crumbles
- 1 teaspoon Nanas Balsamic Reduction
- 1 teaspoon good quality olive oil
- dash Pink Himalayan or Celtic sea salt
- dash Cayenne optional
